We feel so fortunate to have found Otman & Mounir for they saved our one year Euro-tour from ending half way through. When we pulled into their garage our VW T3 camper was in what we thought was it's death bed. The camper barely made it up the hill to their garage - it had to be in first gear uphills for the engine was lacking power. Otman and Mounir quickly got to work and located the problem to be the cylinder heads. By 6pm that evening we had the first cylinder head out and found one valve badly cracked with another on it's way. By 9pm that evening they pulled the 2nd head out and again we found another cracked valve and one valve spring hanging lose out of its socket. At this point we were really worried thinking we would never be able to afford this job. Luckily for us this is Morocco and the price for changing all the valves and reconditioning the left cylinder head (in Tangier) with the broken spring as well as fixing our temperature gauge and exhaust was a quarter if not less of what it would cost in Europe. We were shocked by how quickly and hard Otman, Mounir & their team worked, often working till 10pm. 5 days after pulling thinking this is it off we were with practically a brand new van. We were so happy with their work that we have made them this website, hoping that other travelers in need of a good mechanic will find them.
